Heat resistance grade F;

Precautions when installing motor insulation paper
The correct orientation of the smooth side of the motor insulation paper can improve the insulation performance of the motor and protect the motor casing and windings, which is crucial for the normal operation of the motor. During the installation process of motor insulation paper, you must pay attention to the following points to ensure the quality of motor insulation paper and installation quality and ensure the normal operation of the motor.
1. The motor insulation paper must be inspected before being installed on the motor. If the motor insulation paper is found to be wrinkled or damaged, it must be replaced in time.
2. Before installing the insulation paper on the motor, the motor and windings need to be cleaned. If there are impurities such as oil or dust, it will affect the normal operation of the motor.
3. After the motor insulation paper is installed, the motor needs to be tested for insulation to ensure that the motor’s insulation performance meets the requirements.
